📦 Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping

We're delighted to offer free global shipping on all orders of USD 100 or more. For orders under USD 100, shipping charges will apply and are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Because each piece is handcrafted and unique, we need 1–3 business days to carefully prepare your order. (During busy periods, it might take a little longer—if that happens, we'll keep you in the loop.)

Delivery Estimates

Once your order is in transit, delivery times vary depending on where you are. Below is a rough guide:

Customs & Import Charges

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We don't have control over these and can't predict the amount.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number / tracking link (if available). Use this to monitor your parcel's journey.

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, feel free to reach out to us.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take care in packaging, sometimes things go awry in transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damage (both the outer packaging and the item itself)
  • A description of what happened

We will open an investigation with the carrier and, at our discretion, may issue a replacement or store credit. Since every item is handcrafted and unique, replacements may vary slightly.


🔒 No Returns / No Refunds Policy

As every creation is made by hand and no two are exactly alike, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds—except in the case of items that arrive faulty or damaged as described above.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof and your order number.

Once we confirm the issue, we'll work with you to find a fair solution (replacement or store credit).

Please note this does not cover damage that occurs after delivery (i.e. due to mishandling by the recipient).
